Refund Policy (Donations)
1. General Policy:
Donations made to ‘AAPKRUSHI BAHUUDDESHIYA PRASHIKSHAN VA SHAIKSHANIK SANSTHA’ are made irrevocably to support our multi-purpose initiatives and are non-refundable, except under the specific, limited condition below.
2. Refund Eligibility (Accidental/Mistaken Donation):
Refunds are considered only for accidental duplicate transactions or payments made due to a technical error.
The donor must submit a written request via email to; aapkrushihelpline@gmail.com within three (3) calendar days of the donation date.
Requests submitted after the 3-day window will be rejected.
3. Tax Benefit Constraint (Section 80G):
Once a tax-exempt receipt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, has been generated and issued to the donor, the donation becomes irrevocably non-refundable as per compliance requirements.
4. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receiving written approval from the NGO management.
The refund will be processed back to the original source of payment.
